Finyl Sales Inc. worked with Pulte Homes to create a top of the line Mediterranean-themed community. Boasting a large swimming pool, lazy river and other water attractions, residents won’t want to leave the neighborhood! Trex Pergola helped complete this spectacular outdoor space with two large pergola kits providing an abundance of seating when the sun’s rays become too much. Framing the walkway from The Club to the exterior surrounds, an attached structure guides residents and guests outdoors. The Trex Pergolas end design and architectural detail enhance the Mediterranean theme and beckons more swimmers to the community!
Challenge:
Looking for shade at their community’s resort-style pool, Windsor at Westside wanted to create a distinct space where residents could sit back, relax and stay cool while being protected from the Florida heat. Trex Pergola addressed the following challenges:
